Format endnote anchor again [Solved]

I am trying to change the format of the endnote anchor. The changes do not take effect. As shown, nothing happens.

This is I now realise the wrong window. But it is not making any change to the endnote text either.

I think this is the right dialog, but this does nothing to the anchor.

Solved. I was in paragraph styles and not endnote anchor styles.
