Formula showing as text not working as a formula

When I type in a formula on LibreOffice it shows up as text and won’t calculate:

Yet, when opening the same file in Plan Maker I see the result, not the text of the function:

You probably enabled the option
>Tools>Options>LibreOffice Calc>View>>Display>Formulae.
Disable that option.
