"Frame" parameter disappeared in hyperlink setup on LO version 25.8

Hi,
After upgrading from LO 25.2 to 25.8 (windows 11), hyperlink definition (CTRL-K) has no “Frame” parameter, as in LO 25.2.

Documents with such “Frame” parameter are to be published on a web site. Link must be
open in a new tab when clicked.

Any idea?

Thanks for you help

tdf#151551 removed it.

Great! Any reason it has been removed?

Did you check it?

What do you mean “did I check it?” ?

On 25.2 it works (on one of my computers )
On 25.8 it doesn’t (on my main computer).

This is a feature I use very often

I mean: you asked, and I provided a link to the bug report, which requested the removal, where that was implemented. You ask “Any reason it has been removed” to that, showing that you didn’t try to look at what I provided.

Sorry, this was my first message. I will know in the future… Thanks

I read, and I am quite surprised by the rationale for taking that feature out…
It is VERY useful for texts embedding hyperlinks to precise some options…

I come from Microsoft Word 365 because there are a lot of open source very useful text features extensions not supported (example: Grammalecte which insures a text is perfectly in line with French grammar and typo rules).
But this “out of date” (who decided that?) hyperlink still works on MS Word.

Any hope the feature be born again ?

thanks again,
