I have a fresh install of 7.5.0 install that won’t open on my wife’s computer, when I attempt to open it just gives me a loading screen and then quits. I have the same install on my computer that works perfectly.
Any ideas?
Okay that first option worked, kind of.
It opens in safe mode, i can untick the skia box and apply changes, but it still won’t start normally.
When opened in safe mode again skia is ticked as it was before
Then maybe the problem is not Skia, but your profile itself. I’d suggest to rename your old profile. Then LibreOffice will create a new profile. (Safe mode starts without using your profile.)
There were two options. You didn’t say what operating system you have, if it is Windows, try the Repair option
