Greek Thesaurus does not work Properly

I have installed LibreOffice v. 25.8.1.1. and the extension Greek Thesaurus 4.0.
However, the Thesaurus will only work once after each opening of the Writer. It will only once provide me with the “Synonyms” option when I right click on the word for which I wan a synonym and the same happens with the "Tools → Thesaurus " action. It will only provide an alternative once and thats it.

I have tried uninstall/ install both the extension and LibreOffice but it keeps happeing. Note that if I do not install the extension the Thesaurus is unavailable (Greyed out) completely.

Any ideas how I can fix this?

Do you have a link to the extension?
Try contacting the author of the extension.
