And what is the relation between this question and the formula editor/prettyfier ? You tagged math

AFAIK, Quicken is an accounting app. Your question is probably about Calc, the spreadsheet app. So retag to replace math
with calc
. Type Enter
twice to exit retag mode.

Could it be that the question is not related to Quicken at all, but you just want to know how to remove headers and footers using calc? If so:
Format -> Page -> Tab: Header -> Option: [ ] Header on
and
Format -> Page -> Tab: Footer -> Option: [ ] Footer on
