Hello, I have Version: 6.3.3.2 (x64) and when i try to open VSDX file it appear error: General error. `General Input/Output error. Can you help me please.

To few information for a serious problem analysis. This may occur due to
- strange characters in the file name (what is the filename?)
- not a vsdx file in fact, but an unknown format just carrying that extension (so: does it open in Visio at all?)
- location of the file (local disk, NAS, Cloud service - no information where it is stored)
- operating system problems (neither name of the OS nor its version known)
- a bug in LibreOffice’s Visio import filter (no information on Visio version given, which created the file. Even its origin is unclear - has the file been created by Visio at all?)
