Help not available despite installation

I’ve LO ver 6.4.1.2 and I installed LibreOffice_6.4.1_Win_x86_helppack_en-US on my Win 7 computer. But I still get the message “The LibreOffice built-in help for current UI language (English (USA)) is not installed on your computer.” Please help.
