I installed the latest version 5 a couple of days ago. Downloaded the offline help and installed it but Libreoffice totally refuses to use the offline help. It is there, I can see it in programs and could remove it by using windows remove a program but no good in libre.

I have tried this on three computers, two are windows 7 and one is windows 10 so it is a definitely a fault with libreoffice.

Any ideas because the two computers I use most are not connected to the internet. One is a desktop and the other a laptop which only has connection when I find a wifi somewhere.

I have no problems with the help. Perhaps the help is in a wrong directory? What structure has your folder “LibreOffice”? The folder “help” should be on the same level as “program”, “presets”, and “share”.
