Help with Help Pack

I just downloaded and installed version 7.1.5.2, and thought I’d apply the corresponding Help Pack (LibreOffice_7.1.5_Win_x64_helppack_en-US.msi.torrent). However, it won’t open, either with the given filename or with an (experimentally) adjusted name of LibreOffice_7.1.5_Win_x64_helppack_en-US.msi.

I’m rather a newbie w.r.t. LO, so I don’t know if there is some subtle extra thing I need to do to enable the Help Pack.
Help, please?
Thanx…

Click on the name of the file itself English (US) to download it. Cheers, Al

To download files using the BitTorrent protocol, you need to use a specialized client.

OK, I installed the latest version of BitTorrent, but when I direct the system to use it to open the Help Pack, nothing (obvious) happens. ???

I Just tried to download the Hungarian Help installer file by clicking on the Offline Help link of this site
https://www.libreoffice.org/download/download/?lang=en
with my Firefox browser, and the downloaded file is:
LibreOffice_7.1.5_Win_x64_helppack_hu.msi
(there is not .torrent filename extension)

Go to the download page.
After you have selected the language for the helppack, click on the yellow button "Download.

You will be taken to another page where you can download the helppack.
Just click on the top line in the green button to get the (Helppack).msi.

LO Download - Helppack

Or select the helppack of your desired language directly in the archive:

Ah, that did it perfectly (and much more easily). Thanx!
