I have made a slide show and wish to copy it to a CD or DVD
I assume the question was more directed towards creating a video of a presentation. Currently there is no way to do this with LibreOffice alone.
While you can export to flash, and many computers can play it back, it still isn’t a video you could play back on your DVD-Player.
The only way to create a video is to use screen-recording software to record your own screen and then burn that video to a CD/DVD using CD/DVD burning applications.
Given that OP mentions a DVD or a CD, I’d bet that he’s not playing this back on a DVD player. My guess is that he just wants to give the document to someone or to present it somewhere. A flash drive might be a better solution for him. (of course, we’re all just speculating at this point
Hi, my friend. I think you can use slideshow tool to put the slideshow into CD/DVD directly.
It seems very convenient. Thank you.
“I have some photo slideshows and would like to burn these photo slideshows onto blank DVD disc so I could send a DVD slideshow to my grandpa to let him enjoy the slideshow on his old DVD player. What should I use and how to do that? Thanks.”
Such questions have been brought up so many times. Actually, there’s no standard answer to these questions, as photo slideshows made with different photo slideshow making software may be in different formats. And DVD slideshow makers differ in format compatibility.
However, here is a post that you will learn the basic and most popular DVD photo slideshow maker solutions for both Mac and Windows operating systems. It offers detailed tutorial on how to burn slideshow to DVD on Mac/PC with different DVD slideshow makers.
