I’m creating an .odt file. Before this a new template was created by me. This template includes my own paragraph styles, page styles and list styles. And now my aim is to import these styles from the template to a new file. There is no problem to import paragraph styles, but page styles and list styles do not import
(Windows 7 64, LO v.4.2.5.2)
I mean list styles (this is the correct name), the last button when pressing F11
Please edit the question to indicate the file format(s) being used and give an example of the list styles being used. Your prior question here seems related, but I am not clear how.
Of cause can LibreOffice work with numbered lists. You need to ask more precise to get useful answers. What file format has the source file and how are the lists generated in the source file? What do you implicit with the term “work with”?

Thanks. I have updated the question. I would have thought a template including the required styles would automatically populate any ODT based on that template with the full list of styles from the template.
Oweng, I did’t understand actually your phrase. What decision of this problem may be?
super user, I have tested it here. The document, which is generated from the template, contains all the list styles, which are defined in the template. Therefore I don’t know what is wrong in your case. You can be sure that the styles exists, when you write a dummy text in the template, which uses the style.
Regina! I love you! ) thanks a lot! Your advise helped me. My mistake was: I did not select all the boxes in import window )) (I mean these boxes: text | frame | pages | numberings | overwrite)
Page styles and list styles can be imported as well. Open the Style&Formatting window in category paragraph. Open the drop-down menu at the right side of the category icons and click on item ‘Load styles’. In the dialog check the option “Numbering” and “Overwrite”. Then click on button “From file…” and use your template file. This is a workaround for the still missing feature to copy styles in the template manager, which has been dropped unfortunately when designing the new template manager.
