How can I use Small caps in Draw

Hi everybody

I’m trying to do something very simple: using smallcaps in a text field on LibO Draw.
The problem is… I just can’t find the option.
Right clic → Character → Effects is locked.
And «Format → change case» doesn’t offer me «Small caps» options.

So, how can I use small caps in a Draw document?
