How do I bypass the supposed "Maximum limit" of the name of a field within Libreoffice Base?

Hello,
Withdrew first response. You should always post the DB you are using. I realize after going back it is Firebird embedded. Names of fields in v3.0 is limiter to 31 characters. No change to this until a newer version becomes available. v4.0 I believe will go to 63 characters.
