How do i change the scale in a drawing

Choose menu Tools - Options… - LibreOffice Draw - General, and choose a value next to Drawing scale.

This affect actual and next documents. Maybe you will need to modify the zoom factor (one step in and out) to see the change reflected in the rulers (if they are visible).
