How do I define the default button in Save Document dialogue box?

I’ve been using Libreoffice 6.0.x for some time, and had defined the mouse position to its default location. (Tools - Options - View - Mouse Positioning - Default Button) When closing a file that I’d worked on, the Save Document dialogue box would open, and the cursor was positioned on the “Save” button. I’ve now updated my Libreoffice version to 6.1.x, and the Save Document dialogue box opens with the cursor defaulting to “Cancel”.

Is there a way to change this back to the previous behavior? Small thing, I know, but I want to default button to be “Save”, not “Cancel”. Help…

As far as I am aware, the default button is not user-configurable.

However, the answer from @mikekaganski to this question may answer why the default was changed: Has default cursor position changed?.
