When I insert this issue doesn’t arise but after a few moment the fraction’s lower parts is like this.
A screenshot is insufficient to diagnose the issue. Attach the document. While at it, mention OS name, exact LO version and save format.
It seems that there is no room in the Line Spacing (probably set to Fixed or Proportional). Change it to Single.
