How do I get back my blank text document at start up?

I no longer have a blank text document. What comes up is a template for folder tabs.

Hello,

Start LibreOffice
CTRL+SHIFT+N
Set Filter Documents
Search for Default
Right click on the icon labeled *Default* -> Set as Default

Very grateful for this help. It worked. New update and all looks like it did when I first started using years ago. The way to get into the forum was unnecessarily difficult and almost gave up.
