How do I get the right alignment but also put the title in the middle approx?

I was doing my certificate work and I said to see how it looks in word so I gave save in format.docx and I opened it in word, at the opening I noticed that it looks very different from what it looks like when I did it in libre office and I said to reopen it in libre office, I noticed that if I aligned to the right I can no longer lead a the titles in the middle, they are stuck in the same place on the page in the right side,it annoys me cuz before saving the file it worked fine but after that it went bad

It could be a compatibility problem between ODT and DOCX.

Basically:

Recommendation for clean working with LibreOffice when different Office programs are used.
Always create and save your files in LibreOffice and save them in ODF format (ODT, ODS, etc.).
Always keep these files as their source.
If you need other formats for distribution to partners, you can open an ODF file and save and distribute another format with ″ Save as… ″.
This way, you always have working files available in your system environment.
