I want to be able to be able to lock a form, so when you fill it out the line does not move with each key stroke

I have not seen a form control move as you enter data in the control. The control itself can move if not anchored properly. You can see the anchor of the control by going into Form edit mode, then right click the control & select Anchor. You can also change the anchor there. Just posted some samples in my answer here if you care to look.
If this is not the problem, it would help if you can post a sample.
