I am trying to make my Service Dog a type of “passport/papers” booklet so I can update all of her information and I am stuck on how to do this. Can anyone please help me with this.

I am not sure, if this answers your question, but with Format => Page you can set the size of the pages in the tabulator “Page”.
Then you can create your booklet in the format and print it in a way to build a nice booklet (this is not really part of Libre Office anymore).
I presume you have paper 200 mm x 135mm to print on. Maybe you have Statement size paper which is 215.9 x 139.7
- Create a new page style to suit your
paper, Portrait 135 mm x 200mm (or 139.7mm x 215.9mm for half letter). - Set your font size to be 1.4 x larger
than you want it in the finished,
printed booklet. - Enter your text and objects in your document
- Click File > Print. In the print dialog, under Page Layout click the + and select Brochure. Make sure the paper size is set to your paper size.
