and every time I open Writer I have to turn it back on is why I ask.
I turn it off and on without problems using VIEW > STATUS BAR. EN-GB LibO 5.4, 6.0, 6.2 with OS Linux-Mint Mate. Just following instructions on LibO Help. I have it set on permanently.
Which is not a solution to my question.
May be a corrupted user profile.
