Please don’t shout (ALL UPPER CASE e.g.), use correct tags (common
is reserved for issues concerning many document classes editable with LibreOffice or the application itself), and explain your question to more detail in the field below the subject bar.
In your case you should explain how your “list” is composed:
In what way are the items separated? Are they probably entered into cells of a text tables? What specifics ever…
Explain what you already tried, and in what way it failed.
Without information from you, I’ll give a blind solution. If this does not solve your problem, click on the edit link under your “-” description to provide more details about your list structure. Do not use an answer because this site is not a forum (there is nothing like a discussion or a thread) but a Question & Answer one where one question receives potentially several solutions.
I assume that your list is made of single-paragraph items, i.e. there is no “comment”/“explanation” unnumbered/unbulleted paragraphs between the items. I also assume that numbering/bulleting is not manually done but you used either the toolbar button or a paragraph style dedicated to this usage.

You’re done.
Of course, this doesn’t work if you numbered manually your items because Writer has no way to know that the number is not semantically part of item content.
