how do i recover my 6.1.6 libreoffice files after a crash?

I updated my LibreOffice from 6.0.7 to 6.1.6 on june 12, 2019.It crashed on june 13, 2019. I am an amateur when it comes to LibreOffice and I really like and want to keep it. BUT I NEED MY FILES–PLEASE HELP!

how can i recover my highlighted items that did not save?
