How do I remove distracting table popups?

Each time I move anywhere in a table an ‘adjust table row’ pops up. Is there anyway I can stop this from popping up? It is very distracting. (In Writer)

This proposed solution did NOT work using 5.3.6.1. I also find this very distracting!

Bubble help immediately pops up

Using a lot of tables, annoying to be constantly asked “Adjust table row” or “Adjust table column”. Using 5.2.0.4 How do I turn it off? Tools / Options / LibreOffice / General / Help only applies to “Extended tips”. Thank you, RLM@Margulski.name

On windows with 5.4 I disable the tip with: Tools▸Options▸LibreOffice▸Advanced▸Expert configuration: org.openoffice.Office.Common.Help.Tip: false
