How do I rotate the words in a document 90 degrees?

I need the words to be on the side of the page. How do I do it?

Select the text, right-click on the selected text, choose the option “Character…”
Then in the Dialog that appears click on the Tab “Position”, then under the section “Rotation / Scaling” select the option “90 degrees” or “270 degrees”
