There are millions of users of LibreOffice being able to make use of the online materials provided by the DocumentFoundation - which not is “we” or “you”. Those who try to help here are volunteers, and the basic principle of forums like this one is still “peer-to-peer”, though many users seem to take a customer position. In fact there are no customers. LibO is free and open.
The purpose of online materials concerning LibreOffice Calc, however, isn’t in the first place to help understanding math.

Hello I think there should be a specific forum for junior high school and high school students. As high school teacher, I don’t say that your comments are inappropriate, but they will be ineffective.
Some of the contributors here, among them myself, are teachers (retired probably like in my case). Supposing you (@titus ) are either also a teacher or a highschool student:
I would like to know details about your ideas and suggestions, and about your criticism, too. We will surely agree concerning the fact that the topic cannot be seriously discussed in a thread under the main subject keywords Finnish and nth root. It simply wouldn’t get attention.
If your interest is substantial, and you are prepared to spend some time for a careful discussion, you should open a new topic tagged meta and headlined like “How to better fit the needs of young learners?” Your first suggestion to create a specific branch may then already get into the question’s body. Don’t forget to mention your ideas how to handle the facts that there now are far more than hundred languages supported by LibreOffice, and that young ones not in every case can change to English with their questions.
How should I read “finnsih”?
If you meant “Finnish”:
There is no Finnish version, but you can set the UI-language and/or the locale to Finnish. This is a forum in English language, however, and you shouldn’t expect contributors to know the Finnish name of the POWER() function.
For taking an n-th root there is not a specific function in spreadsheets. You need to either use the POWER() function or the operator ^ for exponentiation. In both cases you need to apply a bit of your knowledge from mathematical education. That’s about using rational numbers -in specific those with a numerator of 1- as exponents.

Of course, the online help (and additional meterials) concerning LibreOffice Calc aren’t made to replace math lessons (or attention by pupils to those).
You need to understand that n_th root of a = a^(1/n) and that’s nothing to do with any specifics of any spreadsheet software. It’s simply math. And if you didn’t already learn about the quoted identity, you are using the wrong tool.
