How does one encrypt using Libre? Hoping for 128 encryption or better

I need to encrypt my files but can’t find a way to do it using Libre. Hoping to find it uses 128

Okay, so when I go to save, I found the password option popped up. Still don’t know it that means the same thing as “encryption”, nor if so, what level of encryption it it. Would be glad to know these things

Saving the document with a password is what triggers encryption of all the contained data.
