How remove blue dotted lines

I am suddenly getting 2 blue dots in each of cells in one of the vertical columns. I’ve tried unchecking Page Breaks in Views but that didn’t work. Any other suggestions please?

Can you share a portion of a screenshot showing the dots?
Grid dots (menu View - Grid and Helplines - Display Grid) are very tiny.
