how set Draw to show tools in its own bottom taskbar, same as open office

I assume that you mean the Drawing toolbar.
- If the Drawing toolbar is not visible, then click View > Toolbars > Drawing to make it visible
- Right click on the Drawing toolbar, if Lock toolbar position is ticked then click Lock toolbar position to toggle it off
- Drag the toolbar to the bottom of the window
- Lock it in place by right clicking it and selecting Lock toolbar position so it is ticked
If it is not that toolbar then apply the same steps to the toolbar that you want.
