How to access new document themes option in 7.6 version using tabbed UI?

I didn’t find any way to access it using tabbed UI.

This should be valid for Writer and Impress. Calc has Theme button in Layout.
This was not added yet and it is asked in 156915 – Cannot access document themes option using tabbed UI, thanks.
