How to add keyboard shortcuts to special characters

Just like the title says.

I would like to create special keyboard shortcuts for these characters when I’m using Calc or Writer:

ã ẽ ĩ õ ũ ỹ

These are special characters for the Guarani language. I have created a keyboard layout for Win/Mac/Linux which allows me to use it.

I am just wondering if it is possible to set custoom keyboard shortcuts within LO? I am using Ubuntu if that helps.
