Try two things:

• Add the file location to the trusted file locations in Tools / Options / LibreOffice / Security / Macro Security / Trusted Sources tab.
• With a calc file open, select Tools / Options / LibreOffice Calc / General. Set Update links when opening to Always (from trusted locations)
