How to attach a file to a bug report?

I have a PDF that is not rendered properly in LibreOffice on Kubuntu, multiple characters are overlapping. I would like to create a bug report and attach it, but there doesn’t seem to an option to do that.

Bug writing guidelines do not mention files or attachments. Would it be ok to add links to this PDF hosted somewhere?

PDF was exported from MS Word on Windows and displays properly in all other viewers I have tried.

How to Report Bugs in LibreOffice - The Document Foundation Wiki #Description_and_attachments

I was looking at this since it was linked from bug submission form
https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/page.cgi?id=bug-writing.html

Ok, wiki, it says include or attach. How? There is no “attach” button, nor pasted images appear in the text.

Here is bug submission form https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/enter_bug.cgi?product=LibreOffice&format=guided

When you filed the bug from that “wizard” page, you will have the attach option.
Or you may use another link, which provides you more functional submission page:

The bug reporting page says:

IMPORTANT: In case you need to attach to the bug, Please use the “Add an Attachment” link once the bug is filled.
