How to automatically self check tick boxes using libreoffice calc

Hello can someone help me please I have a spreadsheet, that has a number of tick boxes.
what I am trying to do is after a set number of ticks has been achieved a self check tick box on another sheet indicates this. if not completed then a warning message shows up

Here is a macro-based solution; it’s not as elegant as FPY’s, but it works. It is designed so that the checkbox on Sheet 2 gets checked when 4 or 5 checkboxes on Sheet 1 are selected, and remains unchecked otherwise. All settings can be adjusted within the macro.
