I am using Libre Office writer to produce a document with a collage of pictures: how do I bring one picture forward?

generally Right click the image -> Arrange -> Bring to Front. Now it may happen that image in the background is completely covert by another image. If thats the case use
- call Navigator either via
F5orF11(last button in the right pane) - Expand Images
- Double click the image you want to bring to front (or press
Enterkey while on the image name) - You’ll see the hidden image select (you see the green squares of the hidden image)
- Now you can
Right click the image -> Arrange -> Bring to Front
Note You’ll immediately recognize that it might be a good idea to provide a memorable name to all off your images you insert by Right click on the image -> Properties -> Tab: Options -> Field: Name
