I just uploaded a pdf in Libre office for edit. Now I want to change the background color of entire PDF file not the color of text. Also can’t figure out how to change the page size of that pdf file in edits.
Draw is not a PDF editor, at least considering the kind of edit you want to achieve. Try to find a PDF editor for your OS you didn’t mention.
If you can’t, try to rebuild a text document by copying PDF text and reconstruct paragraph structure.
