I searched the web, consulted the Libreoffice Base Handbook and I searched this forum, but I can’t find how to change the size of a check box in a Base form.
Is it possible to change the size of a check box in a Base form?

The checkbox size cannot be changed, only the text size. The same is true of option buttons.
Note: You can change the form size (using zoom) which enlarges the control but it will affect everything else on the form also. Screen of modified form @ abt 180%:
It’s a bit meticulous because all other controls must be adjusted to accommodate the zoom. Most text here was changed to a font size of 7.
Unfortunately, this zoom not only affects all in this form but now all other forms in this and other .odb files.
