The imgur link was unavailable at the moment - so cannot tell, if that external image (?) (for unknown reason posted outside this Ask site, when could easily be inserted inline) does contain some version information.
@Zizi64 comment applies to 24.8 and earlier back to I am not sure what version.
For 25.2 onwards it Tool > Options > LibreOffice > Appearance > Application background

Yes I use the LO 7.5.8 permanently installed version, and some newer portable verions on Win 10. I just tried this in the 7.5.8.
