1) This command
libreoffice --convert-to "csv:Text - txt - csv (StarCalc):FIX,," fn.ods
produces a columnar text file, which is good, but two of the 10+ columns abut, with no space between. Those columns are right and left justified.
These commands place the missing space, but the files are no longer columnar.
libreoffice --convert-to "csv:Text - txt - csv (StarCalc):FIX/32,," fn.ods
libreoffice --convert-to "csv:Text - txt - csv (StarCalc):FIX/32/MRG,," fn.ods
The attached 2-cell ods demonstrates this behavior. xx5.ods (7.7 KB)

2) On another note, this command does not wrap any text cells with quotes unless the text contains a comma
libreoffice --convert-to "csv:Text - txt - csv (StarCalc):44,34," fn.ods
Similarly, this command does not wrap any text cells with quotes unless the text contains a space
libreoffice --convert-to "csv:Text - txt - csv (StarCalc):32,34," fn.ods
