How to convert all links to hyperlinks (in one operation)?

Hi !

I have various lists with hundreds of links in a text document that weren’t all automatically converted to hyperlinks.

It would take a long time to convert them one by one (del + enter for each element to force them to be auto-converted).

Is there a direct function able to do all this job automatically (detect all links and convert them) ?
