I’m a bit further along.
I want to copy/paste 170 horizontal rows, hopefully all with artist’s name in first column, to enter each album name, etc. As far as I can see, it only allows me to do one at a time.
Please advise.

Normally, I would click in the top left cell of the range and then press Ctrl+Shift+End (select this cell through to the end of the filled range), then Ctrl+C (Copy). Select the cell where you want to paste the start of the range and press Ctrl+V
