How to Create a Gallery?

Can anyone point me to a “how to” on creating a gallery? I want to create a gallery extension and post it to the extensions library for LO. I’ve searched, but all I can find is the link below, which will not translate to English for me.

I used LO Draw a few years ago to make a set of all the common (western) music notation symbols. I’d like to compile these into a gallery extension to make them available for others to use. I’m not a programmer, so this would be a way for me to give back to the LO community.

Thank you Hrbrgr. That page will be helpful once I have the extension made and am ready to upload it. Right now, I’m trying to learn how to make a gallery and save it as an extention that can be uploaded.

I’ve tried to use the auto translate feature in my browser and I’ve tried to find the page in English, but neither has worked. If you know a way to translate it, or know of a different page, I would appreciate it very much.
