How to delete an empty line in front of a table?

Hi everyone,
I am trying to delete an empty line in front of my table. I have already tried the “Find and Replace”, search for the “$” and remove it, but still, it did not work.
You can find the document in the attachment.

Put the cursor on that empty line at the beginning and press Canc Del.

On international keyboard, the key is called Del
