I have a price file that has 3 columns ( part#, disc, price) and 25,000 rows. I need to print this out, but would like to be able to print 2 “sets” of 3 columns per page to cut down on the amount of pages. Additionally, it all is catagorized numerically, and needs to be the same as a phone book where you go down one column, then the next column, then you move to the next page. I should also say I will be printing both sides of the page in case it makes any difference.
I tried that and it ends up flipping the page to landscape, and printing all the info in smaller font…and leaving lots of wasted space. Is there a way to do that and still keep the page oriented as portrait?
Menu/File/Print - Page layout - pages per sheet, is what you want?.

I think it is not possible in CALC. You have to export/import you sheet into WRITER and format the page with 2 colums (newspaper). There was an old question that I don’t find right now.
Here is the link to my ols answer. It works.
