Edit → Paste Special (Ctrl+Shift+V
). Paste as unformatted text.
Or, check the following possibilities for text that has already been pasted with formatting.
-
Format → Clear Direct Formatting (
Ctrl+M
) - In the sidebar, set paragraph style to Default Style. Likewise, set character style to Default Style.
- Go to Insert → Section and delete any unwanted sections. Likewise, delete any unwanted tables or frames.
