How to hide or disable the minimize, maximize and close buttons in the title bar?

I’m unsuccessfully trying to hide the minimize, maximize and close buttons in the LibreOffice Calc title bar to force users to use the CLOSE button I created. Is it possible to do that? Can someone help me?
