How do I create a master slide that is just a title and text box nothing more… no bullets, no lists?

I have read near a 40 web pages and none are correct. I don’t want ANY TYPE OF LIST. I want a MASTER slide that is a text box title and then a text box… NOTHING ELSE.

How the hell do you so this? This is one thing KeyNote and Microsoft Power Point just let you do, but not LibreOffice!
