i am no longer able to connect to my printer and was wanting to uninstall the latest update
For something like this you need to edit your question to include your operating system and LO version (copy from Help | About LibreOffice) and your printer name and model.
Can you print from anything else? If not, then it could be an operating system issue, maybe related to an update of that? Have you got latest printer drivers?
Otherwise you can uninstall using your normal operating system procedures, then download and install an earlier version.
