How to link Endnote X7 or Endnote 21 with the latest Libreoffice x32

I tried reconfigure my Endnote X7 to use on Libreoffice x32 but the selection for Openoffice or Libreoffice was greyed out - same thing happened when I tried Endnote 21.
Then I tried the second method by adding Endnote.oxt (from common files) - that file doesn’t exist.

Is there any way I could link Cite While you Write Endnote function with Libreoffice?
